JP12AA (adjustable) modulair dough hook system,

The JP12AA modulair dough hook system consists of a dough hook, which fits an adapter, and which in turn fits on the shaft of your food processor.

The dough hook is adjustable in height from the bottom of the bowl of your food processor so that you can set the correct height of the dough hook for you. This height is adjustable between approx. 110 and 130mm. This is measured from the bottom of the shaft to the bottom of the bowl. As a result, the JP12AA dough hook system is suitable for machines with a bowl capacity of 3.3 to 5.5 liters overall.

All parts of this modulair dough hook system are available separately, If you have bought this dough hook for your Bourgini or Silvercrest machine with a 12mm thick shaft and you want to use it later on a Kitchenaid Artisan with a 12.7mm thick shaft, you only need to change the adapter.

At the moment there are 2 different adapters available,

Type 3, suitable for approx. 12mm thick shaft

Type 4, suitable for approx. 12.7 mm thick shaft
